Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist in an inpatient hospital setting. Responsibilities Evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and independence.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families about treatment processes and recovery goals.Document patient progress and interventions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within a patient-centered environment. Qualifications And Skills Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist.Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
