Inpatient Rehab Nursing Assistant, Part-Time

About the role

The Nursing Assistant is responsible for performing direct and indirect patient care tasks as delegated by the Registered Nurse, functioning under their direction and supervision. The primary responsibility is to provide basic patient care including bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition (feeding and hydration), and ambulation and positioning.

The Nursing Assistant supports patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification

Schedule

Part-time, night shift.
