Inpatient Rehab Manager

About the role

The Manager for the Inpatient Rehab Department at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is responsible for coordinating and delivering high quality rehabilitation services that meet or exceed customer expectations. This position leads cohesive teams that maintain compliance with regulations and develops and implements strategic plans. The role also serves as a mentor and role model for professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality rehabilitation services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Lead cohesive teams that maintain compliance with regulations.

• Develop and maintain unit operating budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in either: Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist.
• Certification/Licensure in either Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech Therapist.
• 5 Years Clinical Rehab Services Experience.
• Previous Supervisory Experience.
