Job Summary and Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Monitoring vital signs
• Supporting patient mobility and comfort
• Performing nursing tasks like wound care, catheter management, and non-medicated procedures
• Documenting patient information, observations and changes
• Communicating important updates promptly to the nursing team
• Helping patients and families understand their care plans
• Preparing them for recovery through clear, compassionate education

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Currently enrolled in Practical Nursing program
