Role Overview
Provide inpatient pharmacy services in an acute hospital setting
Review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy
Participate in clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary rounds as needed
Support emergency responses and urgent medication needs during night shift
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Arizona Pharmacist License
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute hospital experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently on nights
Preferred
- Board Certification and/or Accredited Pharmacy Residency
