About the role
This is a night-shift rotation role ideal for pharmacists with strong inpatient and critical care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services in an acute hospital setting
- Review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy
- Participate in clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary rounds as needed
- Support emergency responses and urgent medication needs during night shift
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Arizona Pharmacist License
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute hospital experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently on nights
Preferred
- Board Certification and/or Accredited Pharmacy Residency
