We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide hospital-based palliative care at Jersey City Medical Center for patients living with serious illness. Palliative care experience is required for this inpatient role.

Responsibilities

• Perform at the top of your license, delivering best‑practice, holistic, patient‑centered, evidence‑based interdisciplinary palliative medicine.
• Provide palliative care consultations and follow‑up visits across the hospital continuum – from high‑acuity ED and ICU encounters to ongoing management on medical, surgical, and specialty units.
• Manage complex symptoms for patients with advanced illness and chronic disease.
