Inpatient Pain Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced pediatric pain management for hospitalized children in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop multimodal pain plans tailored to individual patients.
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
• Educate patients and families about pain management strategies.
• Participate in care conferences, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and support evidence-based practices.
• Precept and mentor learners to foster clinical growth and development.
