About the role

Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients. The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services and must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Plan and implement specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner for individual patients
- Apply principles and practices of occupational therapy within the PAM Health System
- Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services
- Maintain flexibility to meet system needs across multiple facilities
Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
