About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, planning and implementing age‑appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services across the system.
• Maintain flexibility to meet the needs of the organization across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
