About the role
Join a dedicated nursing team in a role focused on providing comprehensive inpatient care across diverse medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill adult patients.
- Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to monitor patients, prioritize clinical needs, and respond to emergencies in fast-paced environments.
- Contribute to a healing environment by promoting patient-centered care and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience is not required; new nurses are encouraged to apply.
