Inpatient Medicine Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, patient monitoring, collaboration, and emergency response skills.
