Inpatient Neurology Opportunity, Baystate Health
Position Highlights
We are seeking a General Neurologist to join our growing stroke neurology division at Baystate Medical Center, the region’s only level 1 trauma center and major referral care center.
Our well-established stroke team includes 5 neurologists, 3 Neuro Endovascular MD’s, 17 APPs and strong support team. Baystate is proud to be a primary stroke center, working towards Comprehensive Stroke Designation.
With excellent APP and physician support, you will respond to stroke calls in all areas of the hospital. We offer a rotational schedule which includes inpatient consults, stroke clinic and telemedicine consults. Rotational call is supported by in-house APPs.
Faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School – Baystate, with the ability to participate in conferences and lectures, teach our residents and medical students.
As an NIH Stroke Net member, we encourage research, clinical innovation, educational program development, and teaching.
Qualifications
ABMS BE/BC in General Neurology.

Pay
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system.
- General Neurology: $240,000 - $390,000
