About the role
We are seeking a PA, ANP, or FNP with inpatient medicine experience to join our critical neuroscience team.
Responsibilities
- Care for critical neuroscience patients, focusing on complex disease and disorder management
- Treat conditions including complex stroke, skull base surgery, status epilepticus, tumor resection, and spinal cord injuries
- Rotate through the ICU and stepdown units
- Work 13.3-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, on a 40-week schedule with no call
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- PA, FNP (with inpatient nursing or critical care experience), or ANP
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiology or a similar specialty
- Board certified (BC) and Connecticut licensed
