We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: PURPOSE AND SCOPE: description. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: many bullet-like sentences. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: description. SUPERVISION: None EDUCATION: Current appropriate state licensure. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Six months of hemodialysis experience preferred but not required. Successful completion of a training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis. Successful completion of CPR Certification. Employees are required to take the Ishihara's Color Blindness test as a condition of employment. Note that: Failing the Ishihara Test for Color Blindness does not preclude employment. The Company will consider whether reasonable accommodations can be made. Effective communication skills – both verbal and written. "The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work 17perience, skills, and competencies. Hourly Rate: $23 - $37 Non-Bonus Eligible Positions: include language below. Benefit Overview: This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave. Bonus Eligible Positions – include language below. Benefit Overview: This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave and potential for performance-based bonuses depending on company and individual performance." EOE, disability/veterans (boilerplate to remove). We need sections: About the role (purpose and scope). Responsibilities (principal duties). Requirements (education? maybe combine). Qualifications (experience and required skills). Skills (maybe communication skills). Benefits (benefit overview). Pay (hourly rate). Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section because no specific content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have hourly rate $23 - $37. That's specific. So include Pay. Benefits: we have benefit overview. Include Benefits. We need to avoid duplication: there are two benefit overviews (non-bonus and bonus). We can combine: comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, parental leave, and potential performance-based bonuses (for bonus-eligible). We'll include that. Now structure:

About the role

... purpose and scope ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty ...
  • ...
We need to extract duties from PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. It's a long paragraph with many sentences. We'll split into logical items. List items: - Provides patient care under supervision of RN for assigned patient(s) in acute setting as permitted by state requirements. - Performs all technical aspects of dialysis procedures for assigned patients as prescribed to administer and monitor treatments in accordance with current treatment plan under direction of Hemodialysis RN. - Responsible for reporting and documenting all new and unusual incidences, information, complaints, or problems to the RN. - Provides treatments for assigned patients as assigned to promote and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. - Supports FMCNA commitment to QEP and QAI Activities; including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance likelihood patients will achieve FMCNA QEP Goals. - With documented competency and proficiency, the LPN/LVN may set up and prime equipment as directed by Hemodialysis RN for renal replacement therapies (hemodialysis, continuous renal replacement, peritoneal dialysis). - Evaluates vascular access for patency; obtains necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight; performs vascular access cannulation as defined by state and reports any difficulties or unusual findings to Hemodialysis RN. - Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment; documents appropriately in individual patient record including hospital EMS and ACES. - Responsible for reporting any significant information, change in patient condition, or equipment problems to Hemodialysis RN. - Responsible for ensuring appropriate safety alarms are being used for every treatment. - Records accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto Hemodialysis Treatment recorded in EMS and ACES. - Initiates renal replacement treatment according to prescribed orders including setting blood flow rate (QB) and dialysate flow rate (QD). - Collects, labels specimens and ensures timely delivery of laboratory per facility policy. - Identifies intradialytic problems and provides intervention as prescribed by physician’s order or as directed by Hemodialysis RN. - Performs and documents any interventions for the patient, documents patients’ response to intervention, and reports any changes or unusual findings to Hemodialysis RN. - Evaluates patient’s vascular access during treatment including arterial and venous monitoring pressures, provides appropriate intervention as needed, documents, discontinues dialysis treatment according to established procedures and reports any unusual findings to Hemodialysis RN. - Evaluates patient prior to termination of venous access – obtains blood pressure prior to termination of venous access; obtains hemostasis and applies appropriate dressings; evaluates patient prior to discharge and reports any unusual findings to Hemodialysis RN. - Performs pre and post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs with initial identification and reports findings to RN for documentation and any necessary follow up. - Initiates basic CPR measures in the event of cardiac and/or pulmonary arrest and responds to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment. - Responsible for reinforcing education the patients received by the RN. - Safely operates dialysis related equipment according to proper procedures; provides trouble shooting when necessary. - Ensures a clean, safe and sanitary environment in the dialysis facility treatment area. - Ensures blood spills are immediately addressed according to FMCNA Bloodborne Pathogen Control Policies. - Operates all emergency equipment effectively and efficiently in accordance to standard operation procedures. - Participates in staff meetings as scheduled. - Participates in staff training and orientation of new employees as assigned. - Acquires information and knowledge in current practice related to dialysis principles and technique by participating in scheduled in-service classes. - Performs additional duties as assigned by Program Manager. That's many items; okay. Now Requirements section: maybe education? But we have Education separate. Could combine Education and Experience into Requirements? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - Education: Current appropriate state licensure. - Experience and Required Skills: Six months hemodialysis experience preferred but not required; Successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis; Successful completion of CPR Certification; Ishihara color blindness test; Effective communication skills. We could put Education under Requirements, Experience and Required Skills under Qualifications, and Skills maybe communication skills? But communication skills already in experience. Could separate Skills: Effective communication skills – both verbal and written. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's allocate:

Requirements

  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Six months of hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of a training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis.
  • Successful completion of CPR Certification.

Qualifications

  • Employees are required to take the Ishihara's Color Blindness test as a condition of employment (failing does not preclude employment; reasonable accommodations considered).

Skills

  • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
But maybe Qualifications could include experience etc. However we already put experience in Requirements. Might be okay. Alternatively, we could combine Education, Experience, and Required Skills into Requirements, and Qualifications could be empty? But we must not create empty sections. So we need to allocate content meaningfully. We have also Physical Demands and Working Conditions; that could be part of About the role? Or maybe a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings. Could be included under About the role as extra detail. But we have limited headings; we could add a paragraph under About the role covering purpose and scope plus physical demands. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role (purpose + physical demands), Responsibilities, Requirements (education + experience), Skills (communication), Benefits, Pay. But we also have Ishihara test and communication skills; maybe those go under Requirements or Qualifications. Let's think: The posting includes "EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:" which includes experience, training, CPR, Ishihara test, communication skills. So we could treat that as Requirements (or Qualifications). Education is separate. Thus: - About the role: purpose and scope + physical demands and working conditions (maybe combine). - Responsibilities: duties. - Requirements: Education + Experience and Required Skills (including licensure, experience, training, CPR, Ishihara test, communication skills). - Benefits: benefit overview. - Pay: hourly rate. We should not create Qualifications or Skills separate if we put everything in Requirements. But the instruction says to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't require us to use all; we can omit those without real content. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. Let's write:
