Registered Nurse in inpatient dialysis service

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based dialysis care to hospitalized patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
• Perform patient assessment, treatment, and education related to dialysis.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Utilize advanced technology to monitor hemodynamics and manage vascular access.
• Prevent complications associated with dialysis treatments.
• Contribute to quality improvement, ongoing education, and research initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in dialysis and kidney disease management preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
