About the role

Remote, PRN inpatient coder position with a 13-week assignment. Evenings and weekends are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient coding
• Rural Health Care (RHC) coding
• Long-term care (LTC) coding

Requirements

• Rural Health Care (RHC) coding experience
• Long-term care (LTC) experience
• RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification

Schedule

PRN (5–10 hours per week)

Location

Remote role supporting the largest community on the island of Hawaiʻi (Hilo), home to tropical botanical gardens, museums, the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, the Imiloa Astronomy Center, and Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.
