We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. From posting: we have Position Summary (maybe treat as About the role). Position Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification, Registration, Language Skills, Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements). There's also "Working Relationships" maybe not needed. There's also "We take great care of careers..." which is more about benefits/culture but not explicit benefits. There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe break into sub-sections? But we can just have one Qualifications section with lists). Skills maybe part of Qualifications. But we could separate Skills if present: there is "Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements". That's a list of skills/knowledge. Could be Skills section. We need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Benefits? Not explicit. Could include "Benefits" from "We take great care of careers..." but that's vague. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention "competitive benefits program". That's a statement about benefits. Could be considered benefits content. However it's generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about benefits. It says "We know that a thriving organization starts with thriving employees-- we provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance." That's a statement about benefits. It's not specific like health insurance, 401k, etc. Might be considered vague but still a statement. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state they provide a competitive benefits program. So we could include Benefits section with that sentence. But we need to avoid duplication. Also we have "Every moment matters." repeated; that's boilerplate? Might be considered tagline but not boilerplate; we can keep as prose maybe in About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Location Detail: 9 Farm Springs Rd Farmington (10566) Shift Detail: 100% Remote Work where every moment matters. We know that a thriving organization starts with thriving employees-- we provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance. Every moment matters. And this is your moment. We need to strip boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to keep location and shift detail? Those are metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location and shift detail are minor metadata; we can include a short paragraph at top. Thus output:

Location: 9 Farm Springs Rd, Farmington (10566). Shift: 100% Remote Work.

    Then sections:

    About the role

... (Position Summary plus maybe introductory paragraph about HHC). We need to preserve all substantive information. The introductory paragraph about HHC (the part after location) is substantive about organization. Could be part of About the role. Thus About the role content: combine the paragraph starting "Every day, more than 40,000 Hartford HealthCare colleagues..." plus Position Summary. We'll put that in

. Responsibilities: we need to make a list. The responsibilities are many bullet-like sentences. We'll create

    • each responsibility area. We need to parse responsibilities: The text after "Position Responsibilities Key Areas of Responsibility Coding" then a long sentence with many clauses separated by periods. We can split by periods that start new capital letters? But we can just make each sentence a list item. Let's extract sentences: - Applies strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, clinical disease processes, pharmacology, and diagnostic and procedural terminology to determine the appropriate assignment of diagnosis and procedure codes for more complex accounts. - Analyzes medical records using the Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (UHDDS), interprets documentation and assigns proper International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Edition, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) diagnoses and ICD-10-Procedural Classification System (PCS) operative procedure codes utilizing designated software to included Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) and/or encoder, coding manuals and other reference material. - Reviews DRG assigned to each record. - Enters coded/abstracted information into software, analyzes DRG groupings, and observes for appropriate DRG assignment. - Reviews high dollar and more complex cases including but not limited to, medical, surgical, behavioral health and IP Rehabilitation. - Applies IRF-PAI guidelines for IP Rehabilitation coding. - Adheres to all department coding procedures, policies, guidelines and quality standards. - Abides by the Standards of Ethical Coding as set forth by the American Health Information Management Association/American Association of Procedural Coders and adheres to official coding guidelines. - Meets revenue cycle goals (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Productivity Standards). - Issue Resolution Complete on a daily basis cases that have been assigned for review of edits, etc. - Communication Collaborates with clinical documentation specialists (CDS) to determine appropriate DRG assignment for compliance and reimbursement purposes. - Collaborates with Quality Management and other departments (Billing Registration, etc.) as required. - Seeks clarification from attending physician in cases where documentation is absent, ambiguous, or contradictory. - Training Assists in training and mentoring new coders to become acclimated to new environment, and understand internal coding policies and procedures - Working Relationships This position reports to Inpatient Coding Manager We could keep "Working Relationships" as a separate sentence. We'll make each as
    • . Qualifications: we need to list Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification, Registration, Language Skills, Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements. Could be a list. We'll make
      • each bullet. Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum: Two to three years of progressive on-the-job experience in an acute care hospital. Preferred: Two to four years of progressive on-the-job experience in an acute hospital. Licensure, Certification, Registration: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) required and maintained thereafter. Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements: Strong knowledge of: ICD‑10-CM diagnostic and ICD-10-PCS procedure codes, UHDDS, Various DRG methodologies (MS-DRG, APR-DRG, Tricare, etc.), IP Rehabilitation coding rules for IRF-PAI, Clinical information related to areas of responsibility, Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, Encoder and/or CAC Skills, Read, write and speak English proficiently, Strong analytical capabilities, Strong organizational skills, Proficiently read and interpret physician writing, Strong Ability To Function independently, Handle multiple priorities, Listen and acknowledge ideas and expressions of others attentively, Converse clearly using appropriate verbal and body language, Collaborate with others to achieve a common goal through mutual cooperation, Influence others for positive and productive outcomes, Work across the Hartford HealthCare System.
