Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an Acute Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care to adults in an inpatient rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patients
• Administering medications and treatments
• Documenting care accurately
• Responding to changes in patient condition promptly to ensure safety and effective recovery
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Educating patients and families on diagnoses, rehabilitation goals, medications, and discharge procedures to promote safe recovery and foster functional independence

Qualifications

• Current nursing license
