Inpatient Acute Care RN - $32-48/hour

About the role

Provides direct inpatient medical-surgical nursing care in a collaborative, support-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develop individualized care plans in partnership with the healthcare team
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs
• Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a nursing diploma/associate's degree (bachelor's preferred)
• Open to new graduates and experienced nurses
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role with alertness and professionalism
