Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center setting
• Manage a diverse case mix including orthopedics, ENT, FI, pain, podiatry, general surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology
• Work within a modern, efficient surgical environment
• Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Current license to practice medicine in Virginia
• Experience in ambulatory surgery preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Strong organizational skills

Skills

• Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Base Salary: $425,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 with 2-year commitment

PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour

Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting)

No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
