Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center setting
- Manage a diverse case mix including orthopedics, ENT, FI, pain, podiatry, general surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology
- Work within a modern, efficient surgical environment
- Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Anesthesiology
- Current license to practice medicine in Virginia
- Experience in ambulatory surgery preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology

Pay
Base Salary: $425,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 with 2-year commitment
PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour

Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting)
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
