About the role
Innovators-in-Residence partner with teachers at metro Atlanta K-12 schools to develop and implement quality Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Mathematics (STEAM) curriculum. Innovators will work to create student-centered projects, as well as support engaging STEAM-focused after-school programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teachers to develop and implement quality STEAM curriculum
- Create student-centered projects
- Support engaging STEAM-focused after-school programs
Requirements
- Availability to work 2 full school days at assigned school
- 4 hours in the office on campus
- Note: Requires transportation due to working in a K-12 school
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for STEAM education
- Experience in teaching or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of STEAM curricula and pedagogy
- Project management and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
The pay for this position is $50 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position includes 2 full school days at an assigned school and 4 hours in the office on campus.
