Innovation Hub UAT Tester

Wells Fargo is seeking an Innovation Hub UAT Tester to support Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). This role aligns to the newly formed Innovation Hub, overseeing and managing UAT for agentic AI product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipelines relating to assigned operations.
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and understanding of organizational strategy, business execution, and international business.
• Write and execute test scripts, and document results.
• Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats.
• Gather and condition test data for both Development and UAT.
• Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/competitor opportunities.
• Review requirements and build test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision.
• Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing leadership.
• Assist in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UAT or other end-to-end testing.
• 2+ years of contact center experience.
• Facilitated testing for AI products or machine learning models.
• Experience with test creation, planning, coordination, and facilitating testing.
