Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that advance firm innovation priorities, including new and existing technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, engagement approaches, implementation strategies, and success measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across firm teams and stakeholders to support alignment, successful delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish consistent frameworks and best practices that enable effective execution, scalability, and continuous improvement across innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and support adoption, communications, and engagement strategies that enable successful implementation and sustained use of new technologies and AI solutions across the Firm.
  • Create messaging, engagement materials, and enablement resources, including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, digital guides, and best practices.
  • Design and coordinate scalable learning experiences, including training programs, workshops, webinars, and showcases across practice groups, offices, and geographies.
  • Identify and cultivate a network of change champions across practice groups and offices to extend adoption efforts and surface ground-level feedback.
  • Analyze adoption trends, user sentiment, and engagement data to identify insights and inform recommendations, communications strategies, and future initiatives.
  • Track and report on adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to Innovation leadership.
  • Occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least eight (8) years of related work experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with background knowledge of innovation, change, and project management protocols advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of eLearning software, including video creation and online training tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop productivity and document management software.
  • Experience with macOS preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong motivational, presentation, and people skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours.
  • Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly.
  • Experience analyzing user adoption, engagement, or satisfaction data to inform recommendations.
  • Familiarity with legal industry innovation, technology, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
