About the role
As an Innovation Analyst, you will create and maintain processes and tools to track, analyze and evaluate data related to construction project contracts and innovation initiatives. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop dashboards and data models to track key performance indicators such as project performance, win rate, forecast pipeline, etc.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data models and analytical tools.
- Establish Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes to collect, clean, and transform data across a variety of data systems and structures.
- Build analytical tools to drive a data-driven culture and assist with the development of Company’s data strategy.
- Perform advanced data analysis such as scenario analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Analyze the data and create data insights and business insights to progress the business.
- Empower teams across the company in making data-driven decisions.
- Identify gaps in data and business processes, collaborate with business process owners to increase data quality and integrity.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, such as Preconstruction, Project Controls, IT, Finance and others.
- Support development of scopes and budgets for data-focused projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of related professional experience in data engineering, analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard development.
- Experience in construction industry, technology application in construction and digital transformation preferred.
- Developing knowledge in emerging technologies, software and systems that create efficiencies in construction industry.
- Ability to design, implement and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI and have advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Python, R, JavaScript, SSRS and SSAS a plus.
- Ability to engage directly with clients to document and translate client business requirements into tangible project tasks, milestones, and/or other deliverables.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to take a problem and structure it into an analytics deliverable.
- Ability to derive accurate, clear, and meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
- Skilled researching, innate questioning and natural curiosity.
- Proven and professional communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence with or without authority.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Pay
Salary range: USD $100,000.00/Yr - USD $115,000.00/Yr.
