Innkeeper – Virginian Hotel

The Historic Virginian Hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a Wyoming legend. Built in 1911, this iconic Western landmark has welcomed travelers, cowboys, and adventurers for over a century. We’re seeking a hands-on Innkeeper to lead our team, keep the spirit of the Old West alive, and ensure every guest experiences true Western hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement – Ensure visitors feel welcome, assist with check-ins, and provide local recommendations
• Hotel Operations – Assist in front desk operations including online and phone bookings using cloud-based platforms
• Housekeeping & Maintenance – Keep our property clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
• AM Breakfast – Prepare and serve morning meals to our guests
• Having Fun! – Enjoy the incredible outdoor lifestyle while working with an amazing team

Requirements

• Hospitality experience is a big plus – hotel, restaurant, or guest service background preferred
• Strong leadership skills – motivate and guide a team to success
• Passion & drive – you love working hard and making things happen
• Hands-on approach – this is a team-oriented role, not behind-the-desk
• Willingness to learn and grow within JET Hospitality
• Blue-collar grit with white-collar professionalism – boots-on-the-ground hustle meets hospitality finesse
