Performance Responsibilities
- Successfully complete an online "Best Practices of Online Teaching" professional development course prior to or within the first week of teaching the course.
Training will be provided by the FCESC. - Publish and evaluate no less than 90% of the InnevAto EDU course content.
- Communicate with students via the most efficient method (i.e., LMS, telephone, email, face-to-face, video conferencing, etc.) on a regular basis.
- Maintain and engage in any online discussions within the course.
- Evaluate student submissions. Provide student-specific feedback for all lessons.
- Create a partnership with each students' home district and communicate/collaborate in a manner that best fits the students' needs.
- Provide additional support and intervention to the student, when needed, and to communicate with parents/guardians, guidance counselors, and other stakeholders (especially if a student is not making adequate progress and/or is at risk of failing the course).
- Participate in quality assurance discussions and provide feedback regarding the instructional design and ability to effectively deliver the course with the InnevAto EDU leadership team.
- Attend and engage in professional development and one-on-one sessions and apply learning to the course development support process.
- Collaborate with the team.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of Ohio's Learning Standards and IDEA Requirements.

Compensation
Starting at $125 per student, per semester
