InnevAto EDU Remote Teachers of Record (French)

Performance Responsibilities

• Successfully complete an online “Best Practices of Online Teaching” professional development course prior to or within the first week of teaching the course.
• Train with the FCESC.
• Publish and evaluate no less than 90% of the InnevAto EDU course content.
• Communicate with students via the most efficient method (i.e., LMS, telephone, email, face-to-face, video conferencing, etc.) on a regular basis.
• Maintain and monitor students, intervening when necessary.
• Evaluate student submissions and provide specific feedback for all lessons.
• Create a partnership with each student's home district and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide additional support and intervention to students who are not making adequate progress.
• Attend and engage in professional development and one-on-one sessions.
• Participate in quality assurance discussions and provide feedback to the InnevAto EDU leadership team.

• Knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards and IDEA Requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to communicate ideas and directions clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate correspondence independently.
• Respect for confidentiality and discreetness.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Superintendent/Designee.

Compensation

Starting at $125 per student, per semester.
