Ink Jet Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate inkjet, digital print, or both.
• Conduct routine tasks and perform basic maintenance and repairs on Ink Jet-related Converting press equipment.
• Support Ink Jet Support Technicians in diagnosing and resolving non-routine problems.
• Assist the press crew with make-ready and re-webbing of the press as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of inkjet, digital or related equipment and ability to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
• Ability to stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills, good verbal and written comprehension, ability to work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
• Prior printing industry experience or manufacturing experience (such as laborer, assembly, or distribution) is helpful.

Qualifications

• Wage range: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour, based on experience.
