About the role

This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide athletic training services to employees to prevent and treat injuries.
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement interventions to reduce workplace injuries.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assess employee health and wellness needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Document all assessments, treatments, and interventions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • License required: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $40 per hour.

Schedule

The Athletic Trainer/Injury Prevention Specialist will work 10 hours per week.
