Responsibilities
- Provide triage, first-aid, injury education, and support for injured employees
- Facilitate communication, monitor medical care, and assist in accident investigations
- Support modified work in line with physical restrictions
- Conduct ergonomic analyses and offer recommendations on workstation setup and posture
- Educate workers on body mechanics, resilience, nutrition, fitness, and stress management
- Develop job-specific injury prevention routines and promote total worker health
- Maintain accurate records and understand site operations for effective injury prevention
- Collaborate with other service lines and leverage technology for health initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience and BOC certification
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Mainly indoor office setting with moderate noise and temperature-controlled conditions.
Pay
Hourly pay: $36-$44, based on experience and qualifications.
