Injection Molding Machine Operator Kelly Services is hiring for Injection Molding Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Baldwin Park. Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.50/hr3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.75/hrRotating schedule with one day off during the week and one day off on the weekendOvertime required as needed based on production demands Job Duties Operate and monitor 2 to 3 injection molding machines throughout the shiftInspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defectsCollect, organize, label, and package finished productsComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyFollow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety proceduresMaintain production flow by moving between multiple machines as neededPerform visual quality checks on products during and after productionKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standardsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsSupport overtime and production demands as needed Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience requiredInjection molding experience preferred but not requiredCleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plusAbility to read, write, and understand work instructions and production documentsBasic computer and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsAbility to work a rotating schedule with one weekday off and one weekend day offMust provide and wear steel-toe or composite-toe shoesMust comply with cleanroom gowning requirements, including hair net, gown, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe coversComfortable working in a cool, temperature-controlled manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and punctuality required Apply today and start building your future in a growing medical manufacturing environment!
