Injection Mold Production Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating injection mold press
• Read, understand, and follow all work instructions
• Quality inspection of part
• Trimming or assembly of parts if necessary
• Completing required production paperwork
• Marking/labeling all parts or boxes for shipping
• Maintaining production standards
• Maintaining housekeeping in work station/facility
• Following all safety procedures
• Working scheduled hours
• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance

Requirements

• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with loud machinery, oils and lubricants, cleaning supplies, power tools, overhead cranes and hi-lo traffic
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, using trimming tools, constant standing and walking, some bending and climbing, pushing and pulling

Qualifications

• Available to work 40-48 hr. work week
• Able to work second and third shift
• Available for overtime as needed, including weekends if necessary
