Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the production of plastic or rubber components.
• Maintain line performance regarding output and uptime.
• Ensure production processes comply with Quality Policies and take corrective action when deviations occur.
• Clean and maintain machines and equipment.
• Digitally document process and quality data.
• Maintain 5S standards in the assigned work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical certification, vocational training, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least two (2) years operating injection molding machines (hydraulic, electric, vertical, etc.).
• At least two (2) years working with mold and tooling equipment (injection molds, mold temperature controllers, mold heaters and chillers, etc.).
• At least two (2) years using measuring and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and job‑related documentation.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive engagement with colleagues.
