Responsibilities

• Proactively develop persuasive business cases for value creation and craft innovative strategies to advance the business.
• Lead transformative projects from initial conception to execution, including cross-functional pilots designed to test and validate new value drivers and efficiency gains.
• Monitor and report on global platform performance, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved and consistently improved.
• Provide executive-level updates and consultation to maintain organizational alignment and informed decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8 + years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years spent managing strategic projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading business transformations and advising executives to deliver substantial outcomes.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to accelerate progress and positively impact business performance.

• Key competencies such as strategic insight, innovative thinking, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities are also required.

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.

Schedule

This role will involve international travel, up to 10%.
