Why this job
No pest control experience required. We'll train you, pay for your state certification, and put you in a company truck. If you show up, work hard, and take care of customers, you can be promoted to a Route Technician - earning $45K-$65K.
What you'll do
- Perform initial pest control treatments for new customers - the first visit that sets up ongoing service.
- Serve as a Route Technician, delivering quality work and building trust with homeowners.

The schedule
- 6-day work week, Monday-Saturday
- Shifts start around 11 AM and run until the route is finished - typically 8-10 hours, longer in peak season
- Longer routes mean more stops, which means more pay

- After promotion to Route Technician, it is a 5-day work week with more normal hours (7am until route completed, typically around 5pm)
What we're looking for
- 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, motivated, and comfortable talking to customers
- Physical ability to lift equipment, walk properties, and work outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to earn your state pest control certification (we pay for it)
