Ingestion Technical Lead

Oversee the end-to-end solution and development

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality, drive innovation to enhance user experience, and maintain the platform's overall performance and reliability.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Domain Leads

Establish a product roadmap that incorporates innovative capabilities, partnering with business and IT stakeholders and the Product Owner to develop and implement new features and technical solutions.

Optimize technology management and development processes

Improve efficiency and effectiveness in technology management and development processes.

Engage with business and technical teams

• Gather and expose requirements through detailed questions to design and architect solutions that integrate business needs with technology capabilities.
• Propose alternate solutions options that consider business needs and end user experience.

Lead and motivate diverse, distributed teams

Ensure efficient and effective application development by leading and motivating diverse, distributed Chubb and partner teams.

Manage development and upkeep of the platform

• Adhere to Chubb's standards and IT development frameworks.

Troubleshoot and debug web applications

Ensure optimal performance and functionality of web applications by troubleshooting and debugging them.

Develop and manage backend functionalities

• Provide technical guidance to the development team in implementing full stack solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical or business work experience with experience demonstrating clear understanding of business process disciplines.
• 5-10 years of leading or being a key leader in digital transformation programs or initiatives leveraging the Microsoft development stack including C++, Python, .NET Framework, Asp.net, cloud technology (ideally Azure), DevOps practices (Github, Azure DevOps), data storage (Azure), Power Platform, and AI & Analytics (ideally AzureAI).
• Deep technical experience with API development.
• Experience with Agile development methods and tools.
• Experience participating in large-scale change projects with aggressive timelines.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is strongly desired.
• Prior Agentic AI implementation experience is strongly preferred.
