About the role

The position is located at Amt für Immobilien- und Baumanagement in Magdeburg. The role is full-time and unbefristet (unlimited).

Responsibilities

• Design and supervision of engineering projects for buildings, underground structures, and transportation systems.
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Management of project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Conducting site inspections and providing technical advice on construction issues.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in similar roles.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in German and English.
