About the role

The Amt für Immobilien- und Baumanagement is seeking a Bauingenieur or staatl. geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) for Ingenieur-, Tief- und Verkehrsanlagenbau.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of civil engineering, underground construction, and traffic infrastructure projects
• Technical coordination and monitoring of construction measures
• Preparation of tender documents and cost estimates
• Construction supervision and quality assurance
• Collaboration with internal and external project partners

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering (Diplom/Bachelor) or state-certified technician qualification in civil engineering, underground construction, or traffic infrastructure
• Professional experience in planning and construction management
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (HOAI, VOB, DIN)
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office applications
• Class B driver's license
