Achieve Outstanding Customer Support

AI-Enhanced Customer Issue Resolution: Complex, escalated cases addressed through rigorous, practical troubleshooting paired with AI that you guide, anchor in verified documentation, and validate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Combine advanced human technical knowledge with AI tools to provide outstanding customer support, concentrating on sophisticated problems that AI is not yet capable of resolving independently

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years in a practical technical position including technical support, customer support engineering, software engineering, QA, or sysadmin/DevOps
  • Proficient in constructing and interpreting REST API requests and JSON, understanding HTTP status codes (including distinctions like 401 vs 404 and 429 vs 403), and operating via command line (CLI) and log files
  • Practical experience applying generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT or Claude) in your routine technical activities
  • Professional-level English fluency, both written and verbal
  • Available to work full-time during 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM UTC (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern)

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background supporting technical or business clients with enterprise software or B2B SaaS, beyond internal IT operations
  • API diagnostics using platforms such as Postman or curl
  • Demonstrated ability troubleshooting multiple disparate products or technology stacks, rather than specializing in one
  • Developer-level capability: you can examine code or trace an API transaction when the situation requires it

Job Details

  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record
  • The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
  • The payment period is weekly
