We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting: It includes description about role, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, core duties and responsibilities, physical requirements, working environment, skills and abilities, CAPE program details, scheduled weekly hours, shift day, exempt/non-exempt, company, location. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (core duties). Requirements (minimum qualifications). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills (skills and abilities). Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Yes: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift Day (United States of America). Also Exempt/Non-Exempt. So schedule section can include weekly hours and shift. We should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like: The incumbent accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge skills, uses independent nursing judgment... etc. That's part of About the role maybe. We need to list duties as
  • . For responsibilities, we have many bullet-like statements: "Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient’s individual needs.", etc. We'll list each as li. For requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Education, certification, licensure: Current RN license, obtain BLS within 30 days, Experience: One (1) year of registered nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN). Skills: list bullet points: interpersonal skills, competent clinical practice and critical thinking, flexibility, ability to work under stressful conditions, etc. Also CAPE program details maybe part of Skills or separate? Could be part of Qualifications? But we have Skills section for skills and abilities. We'll include CAPE program details maybe as part of Skills? It's about clinical advancement program. Could be considered part of Qualifications? But we can include under Skills as it's about abilities. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include CAPE program details under Skills as a list. Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift Day (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt). We'll output as

maybe. We also have Physical Requirements and Working Environment; those could be part of Responsibilities? But we have no specific section for them; we could include under Responsibilities or maybe under a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those list, we should not create extra headings. So we need to fit that info somewhere else, maybe under Responsibilities as additional duties? But they are not duties; they are requirements/conditions. Could be placed under Requirements (maybe as part of qualifications). But the instruction: Use headings only for those sections; we can still include paragraphs under those headings that contain any relevant info, even if not strictly matching heading. So we can put Physical Requirements and Working Environment under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Better under Requirements as they are job requirements. We need to ensure we don't omit any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive paragraphs: Intro: "Welcome! We’re excited you’re considering an opportunity with us! To apply to this position and be considered, click the Apply button located above this message and complete the application in full. Below, you’ll find other important information about this position." This is boilerplate/application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So we drop that. Then: "This position has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. The incumbent accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge skills, and uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by health care providers to whom care is delegated to achieve quality patient care outcomes. Performs the duties and responsibilities within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) - Level I, as defined within the job description. The incumbent must demonstrate the knowledge and skills at the advanced beginner level necessary to provide care that is relevant to the patient(s) under their care, as well as apply principles of growth and development over the life span. The incumbent also must possess the ability to assess and interpret patient data needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs. This role provides professional nursing care for patients in an inpatient hospital setting." That's About the role. Then Minimum Qualifications section: "EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date. Experience One (1) year of registered nursing experience." Preferred Qualifications: "EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)." Then "CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" followed by statements. We'll list each as li. Then "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:" paragraph. Then "WORKING ENVIRONMENT:" paragraph. Then "Skills And Abilities" paragraph with bullet-like sentences. Then CAPE program details. Then "Additional Job Description Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift Day (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt) Company WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals Cost Center 66 WVUH Nursing Cancer Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Address 1 Medical Center Drive Morgantown West Virginia" Then EEO boilerplate to remove. We need to include company and location maybe under About the role? Could be part of About the role as location. But we can include as a short p under About the role? The instruction: Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include company and location as a short p maybe under About the role or separate? Since we have no heading for metadata, we can just include a p after About the role maybe. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now produce HTML:
