About the role
The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer to provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy.
- Functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.
Requirements
- Education sufficient for licensure.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
Qualifications
- 1 year Experience in acute care nursing.
Skills
- Home health or home infusion experience preferred.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
