Infusion RN - Infusion

About the Role

The Infusion RN provides direct nursing and case management services related to infusion therapy in patients' homes, clinics, or alternative living sites. They collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, healthcare providers, and payers to ensure quality care, demonstrate nursing competency, act as a resource for home care staff, and promote best practices in infusion therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and sufficient education for licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care nursing.
• Driving may be required; must adhere to all relevant laws and provide proof of license/insurance upon request.

Preferred: Experience in home health or infusion care.

Responsibilities

Schedule
