About the role
Seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Performing duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state or applicable licensure for practice location.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, TNCC, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements needed for patient care.
Skills
- Experience in nursing care, preferably in specialized areas.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
