About the role

IVX Health is seeking a Full-Time Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. The position offers direct patient care, collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, administering infusions and injections with precision.
  • Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
  • Educate and support patients through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Optimize clinical workflows by assisting with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including referring providers and cross-functional teams, to enhance care coordination.
  • Auxiliary duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
  • Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting.
  • Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and understanding of EHR systems, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infusion therapy.
  • Skills: Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, proficiency in clinical documentation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturdays. Day Shift.
