About the role
IVX Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized, compassionate care to patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
- Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
- Educate and support patients through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
- Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining accurate records in the EHR system, reviewing nursing documentation, and upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Optimize clinical workflows by assisting with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including referring providers and cross-functional teams, to enhance care coordination.
- Support operations and training by assisting with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
- Flexibly schedule work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Lifesupport certifications: BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
- Clinical experience in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, including experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Advanced clinical training in ultrasound IV skills.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
PRN, as needed; Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + rotating Saturdays.
