Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
- Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
- Process and pick prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
- Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
- Packing orders for shipment
- Receiving supply and drug orders

- North Carolina State Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience
- Ability to work on-site at the Raleigh, NC facility
- Must be at least 18 years of age OR older
- Retail, hospital or infusion pharmacy technician experience
- PTCB Certification
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Good phone etiquette
- Hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment
