About the role
Lead Infusion RN responsible for managing infusion services within a physician-led GI group.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver safe IV infusions and injections
- Perform patient assessments and monitor responses
- Respond to adverse reactions promptly
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols
- Mentor and support infusion staff
- Coordinate schedules and workflow
- Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in infusion therapy preferred
