Infusion Nurse

About the role

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion to support our infusion patients at our Infusion Suite in Austin, TX as well as in their homes in the immediate surrounding area. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.

Responsibilities
