This role plays a critical part in delivering a patient-first experience by providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality infusion care directly in patients’ homes.
In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:
- Helps patients feel seen, supported, and confident managing their therapy
- Supports clinicians and care teams through clear communication and reliable documentation
- Ensures safe and effective treatment delivery during complex healthcare journeys
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality home infusion care, including IV insertion, monitoring, and removal, while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout therapy
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care delivery
- Travel to patient homes and healthcare settings within the assigned area
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Active RN license (minimum 2 years of experience); multi-state licensure a plus
- IV certification with experience in central line care and infusion therapy
- Experience in home care, critical care, emergency nursing, ambulatory infusion, or hospital discharge planning
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and caregivers
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to patient homes
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPR certification
- Experience with care coordination, staffing, or scheduling
- Familiarity with medical terminology and home infusion workflows

Pay Range/Rate
$45 - $55 USD
